Love Wednesday: Intimacy with Abba.

ree

It’s another Love Wednesday, and today we’re reflecting on Personal Relationship with God. Many people know about God, but few truly know Him. Beyond attending services and praying in public, there’s a sacred call to intimacy — to know God for yourself, to walk with Him in friendship, and to build a relationship that’s not dependent on situations but rooted in love.

Our reflection is from Exodus 33:11 (NLT): “Inside the Tent of Meeting, the Lord would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend.”Moses wasn’t just a prophet; he was a man who pursued the presence of God above all else.

In his journey, Moses learned that purpose, power, and miracles all flow from relationship. Because he valued communion with God, he was trusted with secrets others could not see. God shared His plans with him, revealed His glory to him, and even listened when Moses interceded for the people.

Moses’ words in Exodus 33:15 reveal the heart of a man who understood intimacy: “If your presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here.” Moses knew that success without God’s presence was failure, and movement without God’s leading was loss. That is the advantage of personal relationship — God doesn’t just visit you; He walks with you. He directs your steps, defends you, and ensures that you never journey alone.

A man who walks closely with God walks in clarity. He may not always know every detail, but he is never lost. When you build a relationship with God, He reveals His heart to you — His plans, His timing, and His purpose. His presence becomes your safety, and His word becomes your compass.

Beloved, this week, seek to know God for yourself. Spend time in His word, listen for His voice, and invite Him into every moment of your day. The same God who spoke face to face with Moses longs to commune with you too.

You are Favoured.

You are Preserved.

We love you.

God bless you.
