Love Wednesday

Today’s scripture is from 2 Kings 4:1–7, and it reminds us of the power of intimacy, especially as we continue this 60-day journey with ABBA.

When the prophet Elisha told the widow to gather empty jars, he also instructed her to shut the door behind her. That instruction is significant. It shows us that God often performs His miracles in the secret place. The oil flowed behind closed doors, away from public view.

In a world that celebrates visibility more than privacy, we must not trivialize our journey with ABBA. The secret place still matters.

As we continue this journey, may ABBA teach us to value the secret place, and may the evidence of our intimacy with Him produce undeniable testimonies, in Jesus’ name.
